Neil joined Edison in January 2005 to head up the content teams. He sets Edison’s coverage philosophy and approach, ensuring that the firm’s brand and reputation remain highly regarded in the investment community. Over the years, Neil has evolved the content suite to meet modern digital content consumption needs. He is currently focusing on preparing Edison for the wider impact of AI on the equity market.

Neil also leads Edison’s thought leadership efforts on capital markets reforms and has been cited in publications by regulators and governments. He sits on Edison’s group board and oversees the firm’s compliance.

Before joining Edison, Neil started his working life at Price Waterhouse in the Banking and Capital Markets tax team. After qualifying, he joined Goldman Sachs, leading the Pan European Building & Construction equity research team and achieving a top three ranking in the Institutional Investor survey. Neil later left Goldman to help establish the hedge fund Tusker Capital.

Outside of work, Neil spends time with his family, with his twin boys taking most of his attention. When he gets a chance, Neil enjoys golf, cricket, swimming, Italian food and wine, and playing the piano.

Neil loves the client-centric innovation Edison has brought to an industry that many say hasn’t changed in three decades. He’s enjoyed partnering with clients like Greggs, Games Workshop, and 4Imprint on long-term journeys that have seen their market capitalisation grow severalfold over the years.
