The Lawyer is targeted at the top 200 law firms in the US and UK, as well as large in-house legal teams. Financials

In April, the group held a capital markets day where management outlined its ‘BIG27’ strategy, targeting £60m of group revenue over the medium term (pre-M&A). This is based around the group’s existing authoritative positioning in its two markets of the legal and marketing sectors, with a focus on higher-quality, recurring revenue streams. To deliver a medium-term top-line CAGR of 10-12% will require continued investment in product, data capabilities, sales and client account management, as well as technology infrastructure. The preliminary expression of interest in the group received earlier in April did not proceed further. Interim results are scheduled for 24 July.
