As a pure-play LED developer, Dialight remains in a strong position to
benefit from growth in the LED lighting sector. However, the H115 results
were adversely affected by weakness in the oil and gas sector. Incoming
CEO Sutsko is already addressing productivity inefficiencies, but is still
assessing which lighting niches will provide alternative revenues.
Investors will have to wait for the outcome of the ongoing strategic review
to determine how quickly Sutsko can effect a profits turnaround.
