Fadrique is responsible for covering Consumer Staples, Industrials and Metals & Mining. He has over twelve years of experience in investment management. Prior to joining White Oak, Fadrique worked as Portfolio Manager at Chronos Global Equity, focusing on globally listed equities. Before that, Fadrique was at Goldman Sachs Asset Management in London, where he worked as an Equity Analyst for Goldman’s Emerging Markets Equity Team. He holds a double degree in Law and Business administration from ICADE University in Madrid.
Amber Gordon, associate investment director, Fidelity International
Amber Gordon is an Associate Investment Director at Fidelity International and an Emerging Markets Specialist.
Amber joined Fidelity in December 2020 is currently the Investment Director for Fidelity’s Global Emerging Markets Equity franchise. Her prior industry experience includes roles in content marketing and investment writing both at Fidelity International and Federated Hermes. Amber started her career in 2015 as an Editorial Researcher at The Economist newspaper.
Amber holds a BA (Hons) in History from Trinity College, Cambridge University.

Charles Jillings joined ICM in 1995, established ICM Investment Research Limited in 1997 and ICM Investment Management Limited in 2015, and is based in Epsom, UK. Charles is a Director of ICM Limited and Chief Executive of ICM Investment Management Limited, a regulated UK AIFM. Charles is responsible for the day to day running of UIL Limited and Utilico Emerging Markets Trust plc, and has over thirty years of experience in international financial markets with extensive experience in corporate finance and asset management. Charles was formerly a non-executive director of Utilico Investment Trust plc and Utilico Emerging Markets Limited, and he is an experienced non-executive director. Charles is currently a director of Somers Limited, Waverton Investment Management Limited, ICM Mobility Group Limited and Allectus Capital Limited. Charles graduated from the University of Cape Town with a B. Com. and qualified as a South African Chartered Accountant in 1980.
