Volition signs global supply agreement for Nu.Q® Vet Cancer Test

VolitionRx (NYSE AMERICAN: VNRX) is a multinational epigenetics company that applies its Nucleosomics™ platform through its subsidiaries to develop simple, easy-to-use, cost-effective blood tests to help diagnose and monitor a range of life-altering diseases.

The conditions that can be diagnosed with Volition’s tests include cancers and diseases associated with NETosis, such as sepsis and COVID-19. Early diagnosis and monitoring have the potential to not only prolong patients’ lives but also to improve their quality of life.

The tests are based on the science of Nucleosomics, which is the practice of identifying and measuring nucleosomes in the bloodstream or other bodily fluid – an indication that disease is present.

While Volition is primarily focused on human diagnostics and monitoring, the company’s subsidiary, Volition Veterinary Diagnostics Development LLC focuses on animal diagnostics and monitoring.

Hear Cameron Reynolds, Volition’s president and CEO, Dr Tom Butera, CEO of Volition Veterinary, Gael Forterre, COO of Volition, and Dr Heather Wilson-Robles, Volition Veterinary’s CMO, outline the business opportunity surrounding the new global supply agreement between Volition and a market leader in pet healthcare.
